We are looking for people with experience of running and serving behind a bar. The bar is sometimes very busy. You will need to be confident, good with numbers and have a good customer skills. You will need to know how to operate an electronic till and handle cash. You should understand the principles of stock rotation ans stock control. You will also need to know how to operate glass wash machines and a coffee making machine. Training will be provided where necessary.
we are looking for people with good customer skills who present themselves well and a smartly dressed. You will have some experience with dealing with customers face to face and have an understanding on how a restaurant works. You will be working as part of a team and is usually evenings and weekends.

This position has many aspects which are key to the smooth running of our kitchen. As such we need a flexible cooperative person who is able to help out in all areas of the kitchen which could be washing dishes, preparing food, talking to customers about their order and making an order list for procurement.
This is a key role and we need a person who can work different hours to suit the business. Generally this will tend to be busier towards the weekend than the start. Hours can include evenings and extended hours for events and special functions.
